I’ve seen people light up when they realise they’re capable of more than they imagined. The moment when nerves turn into calm, when breathing slows, when eyes sparkle behind the mask. That’s the real magic.

And that magic… is where TYDE was born.

From Fear to Freedom: The Story Behind TYDE

TYDE originally started as The Yogi Dive Experience, taking inspiration from yogi methods such as breathwork, meditation and visualization, which were commonly compared to the way we breathe and feel underwater.

So TYDE isn’t just about diving. It’s about something deeper.
I created it as a space where people could learn to connect — to their breath, their bodies, their environment, and each other.

TYDE blends mindset techniques with visualization, breathwork, and scuba skill training. Things you can practice on land that make your time underwater easier, calmer, and way more enjoyable. Whether you’re training for your first dive or just learning to breathe deeper in everyday life, it all counts.
